My Hobby Essay

A hobby is an activity that we do in our free time for enjoyment. My hobby is reading books. I enjoy reading very much because it gives me knowledge and entertainment at the same time.
Whenever I have free time, I like to read storybooks, poems, and sometimes informative books. Reading helps me learn new words and improve my English. It also increases my imagination and thinking power. I feel calm and happy when I read a good book.
My favorite books are moral stories and adventure stories. These stories teach me good lessons about life, honesty, and hard work. I also like reading about famous people and their success stories. They inspire me to work harder in my studies.
Reading books is better than wasting time on useless activities. It keeps my mind active and focused. I also go to the library sometimes to find interesting books.
In short, my hobby is reading books, and it is a very useful and good habit. It helps me become a better student and a better person. I want to continue this hobby throughout my life.
